    The SRX02-012-Y7 is our flagship high-performance Extruded Profile Heat Sink, designed specifically to address the heat dissipation bottlenecks of high-power components in electronic devices. Leveraging mature extruded profile technology and refined processing, it has become a preferred heat dissipation solution in industrial, telecommunications, and consumer electronics sectors. As a standard Extruded Profile Heat Sink, this product adopts a 6063 aluminum alloy base material—boasting an excellent thermal conductivity of 160W/(m·K).

    Combined with the dense fin array formed by the extrusion process, it effectively expands the heat dissipation surface area (reaching 280cm² per unit), enabling rapid conduction of heat generated by components to the fin surface, followed by heat dissipation via air convection. It is suitable for core devices with a power range of 20-50W. Meanwhile, the SRX02-012-Y7 is a Black Anodized Extruded Heat Sink, with its surface treated by professional black anodizing: this process not only gives the product a uniform matte black appearance (enhancing the visual coordination of the entire device) but also significantly improves the base material’s oxidation and corrosion resistance.
